Return & Refund Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, replacement, or refund.

What Can Be Returned

✔ Unopened Items

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days.

✔ Opened but Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or unusable — even if opened — we will replace it or offer a refund.
Just send us photos and a description of the issue.

❌ Not Eligible

We cannot accept returns for:

Used products with no defect
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect storing/mixing
Items returned after 30 days

How to Start a Return or Replacement

Email mudandcompany2025@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product/issue
- A brief description

We’ll reply within 48 hours with instructions.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing (depending on your bank).
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll ship it at no cost to you.
